Our Water
Our plant in Fillongley is drawn from great depth in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside. Bottled at source, the water has a consistent mineral content and a great natural taste.
Fillongley Water was chosen as our water source due to their unique central location, which reduces the carbon footprint associated with the
deliveries to our depots.

FAQ's
Can I get a hot and cold machine?
Yes! We have a range of hot and cold dispensers. All of our bottled machines come with the option of hot and cold or cold and room temperature. We also offer various plumbed in boilers for offices with more than 20 staff.
How frequently are bottles delivered?
If you choose to have a bottled dispenser your account will be placed on a fortnightly round. The driver will simply replace any empty bottles unless you make a specific requirement.
What if I run out of water before my next delivery?
In the event that you require a delivery outside of your normal round you can simply request a ticket. Depending on your area a driver will be able to make a delivery within 24-48 hours.
Can I get a 7 day free trial?
Yes! If you are curious to establish whether your staff will value a dispenser in the office we offer a no obligation 7 day free trial. This is available on all bottled and plumbed in units.
Am I charged for deliveries or call outs?
Unlike some suppliers, AquAid will never charge a delivery fee for water or a call out charge for maintenance requests.
Do you clean the dispenser?
Yes! For bottled machines we can offer quarterly sanitisation's to ensure your dispenser is maintained to a quality standard. Mains fed units are less likely to be in threat of contamination. For this reason mains fed water coolers are only sanitised every 6 months where we also replace the filters.
We always receive first class service from AquAid, particularly during month long busy periods during our plant outage when we increase the service to daily. It works extremely well – the driver comes in and ensures that our cages are always full and we have plenty of plastic cups. It is one less thing for me to be concerned about in a busy time and means a lot! We haven’t once run out of water which is great!
